Michalina Tac was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States with her family when she was young. She grew up in the Norridge area and graduated from Ridgewood High School. Then Ms. Tac completed her Degree in Human Resource Management. She has been an area resident for more than 20 years now and loves our local communities and helping her buyer clients find the perfect home. Before beginning her real estate career, Michalina worked in the Child Care Industry and in a high volume sales business. This past experience and her education give Ms. Tac a unique skill set that proves invaluable to her clients. Possessing excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a business mindset when evaluating properties, and a kind heart when working with her clients, including the younger family members, Michalina will get the job done for you and make the process fun and easier as your work to make your home ownership dreams a reality.

Ms. Tac began her real estate career with a large national brokerage but quickly found that the priorities there did not match her own personal philosophies on business and customer service. She wanted to find a Brokerage that was big enough to have all the tools and resources for her to provide incredible service for her clients, while not being so large that she and her clients were lost in databases and spreadsheets. Michalina explored all the options in the marketplace and chose to move her practice to Baird & Warner. A Chicagoland institution since 1855 with 5^th generation ownership and a top 25 brokerage in the U.S. for both units sold and total dollar volume sold gave her that perfect combination she was looking for. “I love helping my buyer clients find that perfect home and helping my sellers navigate the home selling process and keeping them informed and educated as the sale progresses.” Says Ms. Tac. Her customer service philosophy is simple: Listen to the client’s needs, desires and concerns, educate them on the market conditions, pricing and process, and come up with a strategy that will help her clients make informed business decisions.  Through all of her careers the one thread that is always there is an enjoyment in helping people any way she can.  Going above and beyond is not a business tactic it is just the way Michalina has always been.  

In her free time, Michalina enjoys traveling, exploring all that Chicagoland has to offer, especially the different cuisines, and taking Yoga classes.  Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family. Michalina has three sisters and they are incredibly close and are truly best friends.
