For example, when I needed to get a furnace specialist out to the condo, she took it upon herself (with my knowledge and permission, of course) to call him, schedule the appointment, and show up for the appointment to ensure we get what was needed. When the lawyer sent a bunch of docs, she always offered to DocuSign them for me to spare me the printing and scanning - this was a life saver and something she didn't have to do, but did anyway. Michalina was super responsive and got back to me right away every single time. If I had questions, she had answers, and when she didn't have answers she worked to get answers quickly. I never felt in the dark with her as my agent. She was also present at every single event for the condo - to explain process to tenants, pics (she even showed up day before to make sure tenants did what they were supposed to), showings, repairs, appraisal, final walk through, closing day, etc. I could go on and on, but I found Michalina to be an uber professional and will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
